Does the Garden building require a base?
|
|
A.
A good level base is required to ensure that the building remains
solid. This can be constructed from paving slabs, wooded bearers
or concrete. The base needs to be at least as large as the structure
itself.

Do I need to treat/protect the woodwork?
|
|
A.
No. The timber is pressure treated with preservative to prevent
decay.
|

Q.
How do I know that my order has been received?
|
|
A.
After you have placed your order you will automatically be sent
an order confirmation. Within a few more days we will contact
you regarding suitable delivery dates.

When will the Summerhouse be delivered?
|

A.
Within 17 days.

Can I specify a delivery date?

A.
We can co-ordinate delivery dates to suit you.

Can I place an order from outside the UK?
|

A.
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from overseas, as we cannot
offer the level of delivery service and costs that we pride ourselves
on at present.

Can you deliver to the whole of the UK?
|

A.
Only the mainland. An additional Delivery/Erection fee of £145
is required for Cornwall, Somerset and Northern Scotland.

Do you have a guarantee of satisfaction?
|
|
A. Once your Summerhouse is erected our craftsmen will
ask you to inspect the work and fill out a customer quality questionnaire
to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our product and service.
